Fork and Barrel has signed a 5,700 square foot lease at 1111-13 Walnut St in Philadelphia, representing the restaurant's first center city location, according to the brokerage team involved in the deal.
Legend Properties, Inc.'s Lars Kerstein & Michael DePetris represented the landlord in this transaction.
Described by Foozbooz as "the serious beer outpost with the interesting food menu," Fork and Barrel has been scouting for another location for a gastropub concept to open in the Spring, according to Philly.com article on January 2, 2011.
