PHILADELPHIA - In a coup for the City of Brotherly Love, international retailer Jack Wills has leased a prized 5,800-square-foot building in Rittenhouse Row.
The British retailer is opening at 1617 Walnut St. following an extensive renovation to the structure, a prominent piece of real estate in Center City's renowned shopping corridor. Steven H. Gartner and Michael Gorman of Metro Commercial Real Estate represented the property owner. The space was previously occupied by Jennifer Convertibles.
Jack Wills' Philadelphia shop will be the fourth location in the U.S. and the first one to open. Locations have also been leased in New York, Washington, D.C. and Chicago.
