New Red Robin Slated for Land Adjacent to Cabela's in Hamburg

J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. (JGPCO) has acquired a 1.91 acre tract of land located next to Cabela's in Hamburg, PA, which it will lease to Red Robin. JGPCO has also obtained full development approvals for a 5,867 square foot, 212 seat restaurant.
The new Red Robin restaurant is slated to open in the Winter of 2011.
Costas Hrousis of Veraxia Commercial Real Estate Solutions represented JGPCO for the acquisition of the property and ground lease to Red Robins.
"It is a great credit to Tilden Township that we were able to get this project underway given the many moving parts surrounding it," said Greg Rogerson of JGPCO.
