Cooper Electric Supply Signs 25,064 SF Lease on Industrial Dr. In Bethlehem
Cooper Electric Supply Co. (Cooper), a subsidiary of Sonepar USA, has signed a long term lease for 25,064 square feet at 2198 Industrial Drive in Bethlehem,
Pennsylvania.
John Crampsie, SIOR, NAI Business Manager, of NAI Summit represented building owner J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. (JGPCO) in the transaction. Valerie Bowman, First Vice President with the Philadelphia office of CB Richard Ellis and Sean Bleiler, Senior Associate in the Allentown office of CB Richard Ellis, represented Cooper.
JGPCO acquired 2198 Industrial Drive in summer 2009 and immediately began a program to upgrade and reposition the 101,508 square foot asset. With frontage on Route 22 and proximity to Route 378, as well as Interstate 78, Route 33 and Lehigh Valley International Airport, 2198 Industrial Drive is 100% wet sprinklered and has 13 dock doors and two drive-ins. Approximately 76,000 square feet of space remains available for lease at the building.
A family-owned business, Cooper Electric stocks electrical products and offers services that provide energy and labor savings. The company has grown to more than 25 locations. Cooper also maintains a branch in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania.
